My return to art has been a journey of rediscovery.

After a long break, I’ve found a real joy in painting again, particularly working with acrylics. Nature is often my starting point, providing inspiration through colour, light, texture and the shapes found in the world around me. I rarely know exactly where a painting will end up; an initial idea or image often evolves as I paint.

For me, the process is as much about exploration and enjoyment as it is about the finished piece.
